LOVE MY SHARK STEAMMOP I have seen a lot of bad reviews in here regarding the shark. I wouldn't have tried it if I had read these reviews first most likely but Thankfully I didn't. I don't know if people have been using it incorrectly or just expecting perfection but over all this mop is wonderful. I have had mine several months now and it does a terrific job on my floors. I find that ground in dirt on Linoleum flooring though you might want to pretreat those areas with a Mr. Clean Eraser (which works great on EVERYTHING pretty much) before the first time you clean the floor with your steam mop. The only issue I have is the pads aren't that easy to clean and the dirt really doesn't come out of them so having more than 2 of them comes in handy. I have tried plenty of products that don't perform as they have been shown on an infomercial.

This product overall is good. Not perfect but it does a really good job, better than most mops or other products do plus it's safe( only using water) and eco friendly. *end*

By the way.. You can buy this steam mop in many discount department stores today. I have seen it at , Target, Walmart, BJ's Wholesale Club, QVC. Price range is anywhere from 69.00 to 89.00. Buying it through the informercial with payments is more expensive because they charge a big shipping charge which they don't disclose until payment is made really. I feel it's a good value but get extra pads for it.
